The LIVING series of Quarella products has received the NSF/ANSI Std. 51 mark (National Sanitation Foundation – Food Equipment Materials) which is applicable to materials and surfaces used in the manufacture of objects that come into contact with foodstuffs.
Initial Type Testing and periodical tests carried out at NSF laboratories on Quarella quartz based products, continue to demonstrate their fulfillment of the strict chemical analysis criteria necessary for their certification and their suitability for use as kitchen worktops in contact with foodstuffs.
